Article One - Introduction and Definitions:

Article Two - Consumer Legal Capacity:
1- The consumer acknowledges that he has the legal capacity to deal with the store, or that he is at least eighteen years old.
2- The consumer agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before others.
Article Three - Nature of Obligation:
1- The store’s commitment to consumers is to provide (the service or product).

Article Four - Usage Controls:
1- The consumer is obligated to use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer is obligated not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Once you apply to join this store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a user name and secret password - or to register through the private number to use when accessing the store’s services. You have thus agreed to:
1- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and the confidentiality of the password, and you agree to notify this store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2- The store will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any loss that may befall you directly or indirectly, morally or financially, as a result of you revealing your consumer name information or your login password, or in the event of misuse of the store.
3- You are committed to using your account or membership in the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this means that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and for your account.
4- When using the store, you commit to using it with all seriousness and credibility
5- You are committed to disclosing true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store and you are committed to updating your data if it changes in reality or if there is a need to do so.

Article Six - Electronic communications and official means of communication:1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via the email registered on the platform or other means of communication.
2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications that are provided to him electronically stand in place of their written counterparts, and are a stand-alone argument, in meeting legal and legitimate needs.
3- The consumer agrees to the possibility of communicating with him and informing him of any provisions pertaining to this agreement or relating to dealing with him in the event that the store management broadcasts general messages to all consumers or to specific users of the store.
Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:
1- In the event that any article or clause contained in this agreement is cancelled, or if there is any material contained or any clause contained in this agreement that is no longer effective, such an order does not negate the validity of the remaining articles, clauses, rules and provisions contained in this agreement and they remain in effect until Another notice from store management.
2- This agreement - which is amended from time to time as necessary - constitutes the mechanism of work, understanding and agreement between (the consumer) and (the store).
3- The store may impose fees on some consumers, depending on the offers, products or services that are requested or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
4- The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses in accordance with the articles, terms and provisions of the User Agreement, to any of the consumers, regardless of the reason for their registration.
5- The customer has the right to cancel his purchase order by contacting customer service, provided that the order has not been shipped or that the product has been pre-ordered.
Article Eight - Ordering, payment and checkout services in the store:
1- The store, through its partners, provides a payment system in the store. It can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the store or through any payment method provided by the store from time to time.
2- The store is obligated to determine the price of the service or product that it displays in its store according to the value it deems appropriate.
3- The store is obligated to provide invoices for all amounts that arise in its store, and is obligated to give the consumer an invoice for his purchase of a service or product, detailing the value of the product, the delivery cost, shipping fees, taxes, discounts, taxable amounts, and the total value of the invoice, including what was mentioned.
Article Nine - Intellectual Property:
1- The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether they owned it before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
2- The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the name of the store itself, and the words, logos, and other symbols of the store or displayed on it, as every right that follows the name of the store is owned by the store’s complete intellectual property rights.
Article 10 - Store Responsibility:
1-The store is committed to conducting its commercial work through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2- The store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether resulting directly, indirectly, accidentally, through the consumer, or through a third party such as shipping companies.
3- Toko Store is committed to ensuring that (the products or services) are sound, legitimate, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and are used for legitimate purposes.
Article Eleven - Restricting Entry or Membership:
1- The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict the consumer’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without warning and for any reason, and without specifying if he provides incorrect information that may result in damage that may cause financial losses to the store and be reflected on consumers.
2- The consumer can cancel his account within the store.
Article Twelve - Applicable law or regulation:
This User Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
